Sometimes you just need a cut today, not a slot three days out. Dean's runs the way a neighborhood barber shop should: walk in, take a seat, and you're usually in the chair fast. No appointment necessary.
Because our barbers are experienced and the shop is built for flow, the wait stays short even when it's busy. Four chairs means the line keeps moving, and experienced hands mean nobody is stuck fumbling through your cut. When the shop is full, the air in the room is the give-and-take of regulars catching up — not a waiting list on a screen.
If you'd rather time it for a shorter wait, weekday mornings right after we open tend to be the quietest, with lunchtime and late afternoons busier as people come in after work. Saturdays are popular, so earlier is better. Either way, you're never turned away for not having an appointment.
We're easy to find on Spring Forest Road in North Raleigh, at 2900-105, with parking right out front. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 6 and Saturday 7:30 to 2; we're closed Sunday.
